Founder, President and CEO
Randy Boldyga founded RXNT in May 1999 with a vision to create a safe and efficient method of prescribing medications in the United States - better known today as e-prescribing. Mr. Boldyga helped transform an industry by working with key stakeholders to forge industry standards used by all participants involved in the electronic medication process today, including physicians, pharmacies, payers, and pharmacy benefit managers.
The success of the RXNT e-prescribing product pushed the company to expand its product line. Today, the company supplies the ambulatory market with a suite of products that include medical billing, practice management, patient scheduling, e-prescribing, and electronic medical records.
Born in Annapolis, Maryland, Randy graduated from Annapolis High in 1984. He attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he received a degree in Mathematics in 1988.
Prior to starting RXNT, Mr. Boldyga led IT operations at The Columbia Bank in Maryland, and prior to that role he managed a team of 70 employees in the Clinical Health Information Systems Department at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS), where he learned first-hand the technology challenges faced by medical teams at the point-of-care. Prior to his tenure at UAMS, he was an information technology consultant for various government agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Outside of work, Mr. Boldyga is an active supporter of his community. He held a seat on the Board of Directors for Anne Arundel Economic Development from 2014 to 2016. He and his wife, Claudia, are the 2015 Founding Chairs of Anne Arundel Medical Center’s (AAMC) Annual Denim and Diamonds Bash. In 2018, RXNT was the Presenting Sponsor of the event and the Boldyga’s were the Co-Chairs of the event. They are proud to say that AAMC’s Denim and Diamonds event has become a huge fundraising success with over 1,200 annual attendees, making it the largest annual fundraiser for the medical center.

Executive Vice President, Business Development & Chief Legal Officer
Tom Collinson currently serves as in-house counsel and leads the product licensing business development and sales efforts at RXNT. Since 2014, Mr. Collinson has been managing the RXNT product license sales to new and existing customers, as well as other vendor and service partners. Mr. Collinson has been responsible for managing the legal aspect of the RXNT transactional, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance matters.
Before RXNT, Mr. Collinson was a partner with Merrill, Cruttenden & Collinson, P.A., an Annapolis business transaction and estates & trusts law practice where he represented clients estates and trusts clients, advised businesses on operations, agreements, governance, and management issues.
Before practicing law, Mr. Collinson was the CFO for the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) where he led finance, human resources and operations. Mr. Collinson was also the Director of Finance for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) and Controller for the Food Marketing Institute.
Mr. Collinson is a member of the Anne Arundel County Bar and Maryland State Bar Associations. He earned a Juris Doctor from the David A. Clarke School of Law, a B.S. in Business Administration from Frostburg State University, and passed the Uniform CPA Exam.
Outside of RXNT, Mr. Collinson continually serves his community. He has served the boards of St. Andrews United Methodist School, Friends of the Light House Foundation, and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.

Executive Vice President, Operations
Brad Estes brings over 24 years of industry experience to his role as the Executive Vice President of Operations. Mr. Estes oversees the entire client lifecycle, including client onboarding, implementation, training, interface coding and client support. He has a solid focus on strategic planning and driving the operations of the company to support company initiatives, goals and profitability.
Mr. Estes previously served as Director/AVP of Channel Sales for RelayHealth, a division of McKesson, the world’s largest healthcare company. In this role, Brad was one of the top producers of new channel sales of EDI. He was responsible for leading the sales process and driving to closure net-new revenue cycle sales opportunities with nationwide business partners and delivering industry-leading technology to help providers and payers collaborate for better healthcare outcomes at a lower cost.
Prior to his tenure at RelayHealth, Mr. Estes was the Director of Channel Sales and Account Management at DrFirst, where he was responsible for strategy, sales/marketing, account management, operations and the overall success of the division. In this role he led the Channel Partner and New Partner teams at DrFirst, delivering integration services such as e-prescribing, medication history, medication adherence and clinical interoperability solutions.
Chief Financial Officer
Keely Hertel, a proven executive-level manager and C.P.A. with 30 years of experience, serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial functions, human resources, the accounting department and systems, and financial reporting and compliance.
Ms. Hertel also serves as the CFO for two Washington D.C. non-profits – The Greater Washington Board of Trade and Leadership Greater Washington. She has been instrumental in the financial stability and operational growth of these non-profits for 15 years.
Previously, Ms. Hertel held several roles as Controller for companies such as Chartwell Capital, Euler ACI, American Surety & Casualty, and Dependable Insurance Group, where she managed the accounting departments and directed all financial functions.
She began her career with the audit firm KPMG after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Colorado at Boulder and receiving her C.P.A. license in Colorado and Maryland.

Thomas Kavukat serves as Chief Technology Officer of RXNT and is driven by compassion to improve the experiences of both the people using RXNT systems and the people who work to build them. He is always on the lookout for new trends in health IT and technology. This has enabled the RXNT software development team to adopt the latest technology and improve customer experience year over year.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science from Kansas State University in 2005, Mr. Kavukat has held several positions at RXNT including Sr. Solution Architect. During that time, he has helped conceive and implement most of the RXNT products. Quality time with his children, reading a good book and reading/writing code keeps him fully charged.

John Malamphy serves as Executive Vice President of Media, where he oversees the team responsible for partnering with pharmaceutical companies to drive awareness and improve product adherence within the RXNT system workflow.
Mr. Malamphy was previously the Advertising Sales Director for The Walchli Tauber Group, a publisher's representation firm that specializes in partnering exclusively with medical societies, where he represented the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the Journal of Clinical Oncology and the Journal of Oncology Practice.
Prior to that role, Mr. Malamphy was a Sales Manager for Cintas Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Maryland.
As RXNT’s Executive Vice President of Product, Jessica Wagner brings a wealth of customer insight and organizational background to RXNT’s newest department responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature design across all of RXNT’s product offerings. Ms. Wagner has held several positions at RXNT, including National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager. Whatever her role at RXNT, she is passionate about understanding and solving the challenges faced by the healthcare industry.
Ms. Wagner is committed to solving complex problems facing medical practices and billing organizations with simple solutions, which is why her team is solely focused on providing software that improves the daily operations of healthcare organizations to free up time for what matters most, improving patient care.
Ms. Wagner holds a Master of Professional Studies in Technology Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and spending time with family.
Chief Marketing Officer
Andrew Speight serves as Chief Marketing Officer at RXNT, overseeing the organization’s creative initiatives and advertising communications, brand management, and marketing strategy alongside a small, dedicated team. He is passionate about building quality, consistent customer experiences through intelligent design and long-term strategy that produce increased market share and profitability.
Mr. Speight brings an agency background and years of design experience to the role, and previously held the Senior Graphic Designer position at RXNT. Prior to that position, he served as Designer & Photographer at Grafik, a Washington, D.C. based branding and marketing agency. He holds a Bachelor of Art from the University of Vermont.
Outside of RXNT, Mr. Speight has worked as a freelance photographer and designer since 2012, and he enjoys traveling, soccer, cooking, and reading up on the latest marketing and design trends.
