Chief Marketing Officer

Andrew Speight serves as Chief Marketing Officer at RXNT, overseeing the organization’s creative initiatives—advertising communications, brand management, and marketing strategy alongside a small, dedicated team. He is passionate about building quality, consistent customer experiences through intelligent design and long-term strategy that produce increased market share and profitability. He's proud to have led RXNT's 2019 rebrand.

Mr. Speight brings an agency background and years of design experience to the role, and previously held the Senior Graphic Designer position at RXNT. Prior to that position, he served as Designer & Photographer at Grafik, a Washington D.C.-based branding and marketing agency. Born in Annapolis, MD, he holds a Bachelor of Art from the University of Vermont.

Outside of the office, Mr. Speight has worked as a freelance photographer and designer since 2011, helping people and brands with creative initiatives. He enjoys technology, traveling and the outdoors, soccer, cooking, and reading up on the latest marketing and design trends.
