Associate Legal Counsel
Department: Legal

Job Description:

The Associate Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to all departments of Networking Technology, Inc dba RXNT. The Associate Legal Counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiating a broad array of commercial agreements including business transactions, collaborations, vendor agreements and other contracts. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Associate Legal Counsel will also have significant interaction with RXNT staff and management. This individual will further play a key role in continuous improvement efforts to implement scalable contracting processes and prioritize business demands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial and vendor contracts and assess attendant risk, in partnership with business clients and RXNT staff;
  • Provide legal review, advice, and support on a broad range of legal matters including commercial contracting, transactional and general corporate matters;
  • Respond to contract-related inquiries and provide guidance as a subject matter expert;
  • Work to ensure that contractual terms are compliant with legal, regulatory, corporate and risk requirements;
  • Guide RXNT internal staff and management on contract interpretation, standardizing contracts, dispute resolution, risk allocation, and other legal matters;
  • Lead initiatives to improve contract processes, including to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency;
  • Other duties, as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer;
  • Maintain compliance with RXNT’s policies and procedures;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within RXNT's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by RXNT for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of legal experience as a transactional attorney in health law;
  • Experience providing business-focused legal counsel in the electronic health records and practice management software space is preferred;
  • Commercial transactions experience with a sales-driven, software or other technology company is a plus;
  • Excels at communicating business and legal issues to senior management;
  • Ability to lead, manage, and prioritize competing transactions and other projects from inception to completion in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; and
  • Exceptional business judgment, with the ability to think tactically and strategically and provide practical advice by balancing business needs with legal risks.

Required License or Certifications:

Clinical Trainer/Client Resolution Specialist - eRx and EHR

Junior Product Owner – Mobile Applications

The Junior Product Owner will work with the Product Team to support the strategic efforts of RXNT’s mobile applications. The Junior Product Owner will learn about industry standards and industry requirements and will engage in the day-to-day decisions of the product development lifecycle ranging from new feature ideation to new feature releases.

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver enterprise web applications using an Agile Software Development Lifecycle
  • Creates and executes unit and regression tests to ensure quality delivery of software code
  • Integrate applications with TeamCity (Continuous Integration Platform) to successfully deploy software code to integration, test, and production environments.

Product Designer
Department: Product

Job Description:

The Product Designer is responsible for the entire experience a customer has with RXNT’s products from conception to design. The Product Designer will be tasked with creating a design system that will incrementally be applied across all of RXNT’s product offerings, which include Electronic Health Records, Practice Management, and Patient Health Records. A successful Product Designer is dedicated to understanding the unique challenges faced by our customers and is able to represent the voice of our customers at every phase of the design process. The Product Designer is also responsible for the branding and graphic development of our product offerings, including our mobile apps, to ensure responsive cutting-edge design along with a consistent look and feel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer and competitor research to promote user-centered design
  • Conduct usability testing and user interviews and generate solutions to problems and user goals
  • Responsible for every aspect of a user’s experience - the overall flow and layout of the screens, the fields and information presented, the actions and interactions that are provided, and the visualizations of the data in both an iterative and agile fashion
  • Map user navigation, workflows, journeys, wireframes, and prototyping so the entire team can understand the purpose and functionality of features within our solutions

Reporting to the EVP of Operations, the Senior Medical Billing Resolution Specialist will ensure timely, accurate, and detailed support to our clients by providing professional consultative assistance.   • Provide support to our end-user customers including but not limited to practice administrators, physicians, Medical Billing Professionals, and Central Billing Offices.
