Job description:

We are a rapidly growing healthcare software company, expanding our operations department and looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. 

RXNT was founded in 1999 with the intent to revolutionize the way Providers processed prescriptions for their patients and accessed patient data. Beginning with a cloud-based e-Prescribing solution, RXNT has grown to provide a full line of Healthcare IT products designed to improve a Provider’s workflow and now offers innovative practice management, electronic health record, and electronic prescribing solutions for ambulatory practices. Core Responsibilities

  • Processing enrollments for clients
  • Coordinating customer onboarding and project management activities
  • Direct point of contact for the client until the client reaches ‘Live’ status

The National Sales Representative (NSR) will be responsible for winning new business and retaining existing accounts. Responsibilities include a high amount of phone calls and other sales correspondence, providing online product demonstrations, and managing leads, prospects and accounts.

Work with MS Windows systems, Sugar CRM, Gmail, Google sheets and docs, and collaboration software. Collaborate with business teams, learn the company’s sales process and products, and learn and retain relevant health care industry knowledge.

QA Engineer

RXNT is currently welcoming our next major growth phase. We are seeking several passionate, intelligent, energetic individuals to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland.

We are seeking a QA Engineer to determine software quality through manual and automated testing for both mobile and web based applications, including cross-platform testing (browser, OS).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with developers, stakeholders and product team to evaluate, analyze, and verify functional, security, performance and system requirements.
  • Define test methods, strategies and plans to ensure that the software will perform according to defined requirements.
  • Initiate and plan work efficiently in order to meet objective deadlines.
  • Execute automated and manual test suites in support of iterative development schedules.
  • Actively participate in code and design reviews with developers and product management to identify risks, mitigations, and potential impacts to quality.
  • Partner with developers and the team to do accurate sprint planning and help developers achieve test automation where possible.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and extend automated quality mechanisms including performance, component, security, and user acceptance mechanisms.
  • Document, review, and validate corrections for customer reported defects and feature requests.
  • Evaluate the application from the perspective of the customer.
  • Monitor post-release metrics to identify and communicate defects.

Qualifications
