Yes, there is a 10% discount when you pay on an annual versus monthly basis.

Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS) requires a two-step authentication process that uses a soft or hard token. There is a small $75 recurring annual fee associated with the physical token.

No, there is no limit on the number of non-prescribing staff members using our solutions.

Standalone electronic prescribing is available with an annual subscription only.

Implementation

No! Set up, implementation, and data transfer are included in your pricing.

Absolutely. You will be assigned a dedicated customer success team, which includes a project coordinator, a trainer, and technical resources.

While each individual client is different, the time frames range from 1-3 weeks for Electronic Prescribing, 2-4 weeks for Electronic Health Records, and 2-6 weeks for a Practice Management system.

That's up to you. You can be very hands on or we can take care of it with very little involvement from you.
