Pricing

Is there a discount for an annual subscription?

Yes, there is a 10% discount when you pay on an annual versus monthly basis.

Why is there an additional fee for EPCS?

Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS) requires a two-step authentication process that uses a soft or hard token. There is an annual fee associated with the set up and physical token.

Is there a license fee for non-prescribing staff?

No, there is no limit on the number of non-prescribing staff members using our solutions.

Is there a monthly subscription for e-prescribing?

Electronic prescribing is available with an annual subscription only.

Implementation

Is there an additional cost for implementation?

No, implementation and set up are included in your price. 

Is training included as part of the implementation?

Absolutely. You will be assigned a dedicated customer success team, which includes a project coordinator, a trainer, and technical resources.

How long does a typical implementation take?

While each individual client is different, the time frames range from 1-3 weeks for Electronic Prescribing, 2-4 weeks for Electronic Health Records, and 2-6 weeks for a Practice Management system.

How involved will I need to be during the set-up process?

That's up to you. You can be very hands on or we can take care of it with very little involvement from you.

Will I pay extra for ongoing customer support?

No, our customer support is included at no additional cost.

What type of support is included?

You have a centralized help center located within each product that provides instant access to a knowledge base, interactive tutorials that provide step-by-step guidance, and automated answer bots. We also offer live chat, phone, and email support.

What are the support hours?

Monday–Friday from 8am to 6pm ET. We also provide 24/7/365 support for critical issues.

What percentage of the support team is located outside of the U.S.?

None. All members of our support team are located in our Annapolis, Maryland headquarters.
