ANNAPOLIS, MD — RxNT, a leader in eHealth technology, announces the latest update of its RxNT mobile application for iPhone and iPad. The updated mobile app delivers a more streamlined and efficient user experience. As one of the only EPCS-certified mobile e-prescriber solutions, RxNT’s new app delivers cutting edge technology that focuses on enhancing clinical care. This includes new capabilities that enhance the way users interact and utilize RxNT’s suite of ehealth solutions which include: RxNT|PM, RxNT|eHR and RxNT|eRx.
RxNT’s mobile application enhancements include:
- Enhanced handling of lost network connection by retaining screen inputs
- Activity Indicator on each screen for better user experience
- New soft button panel for easy navigation
The new and improved RxNT app is the perfect on-the-go solution for healthcare providers. The enhanced handling of lost network connection—via new retaining screen inputs feature—allows users to work remotely with ease. The updated app now saves information while it is being entered, so if service on 3G or 4G is lost, all inputted data entries are never lost.
The new activity indicator and soft button panel features are only two quality enhancements to the efficient user experience. “We know that providers are looking to streamline clinical care and that is why RxNT is dedicated to always improving our product,” said Randy Boldyga, CEO of RxNT. Streamlining clinical care is especially important in the e-prescribing of controlled substances. With New York State mandating the use of e-prescribing, app features such as those listed will only improve procedures and patient safety.
The Mobile app can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple app store and can be used along with RxNT’s electronic health record or e-prescribing platforms; including EPCS for physicians.
