With three-year revenue growth that has nearly doubled, RXNT is recognized for the second consecutive year on the prestigious list of independently-owned, privately-held companies.
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (August 12, 2020) – RXNT Inc. is thrilled to announce that we have been honored for the second year in a row by Inc. magazine as one of America’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. RXNT earned this achievement with a three-year revenue growth of 91% during a stretch when the economy grew by 15%. Other technology companies which have appeared on past lists include industry leaders, such as Microsoft, Oracle, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Zillow.
“On behalf of the entire RXNT team, I am so honored to accept this award for the second consecutive year. RXNT continues to offer innovative solutions that help healthcare professionals and medical billing firms achieve their clinical and business goals. We share this award with our clients who trust us to be their technology partner in providing the highest quality care to their patients. Since 1999, we’ve grown from a single product company to one offering a fully-integrated suite of solutions. I feel like we’re just hitting our stride and I’m excited for our future,” said Randy Boldyga, CEO, President, and Founder of RXNT.

They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent-not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies-as of December 31, 2019. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2016 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue.
