If I have more than one RXNT software, can they be integrated?

Yes! All RXNT solutions use the same database and are designed to work seamlessly with other RXNT solutions. Data transitions quickly and accurately from one system to another, making it easier to run customizable, comprehensive reports.

Security & Compliance

What steps does RXNT take to protect my data?

We take customer and patient data security very seriously. Our cloud-based software—with automatic updates and patches—is more secure than server-based products. RXNT follows strict information security policies across all teams, and all of our applications and data are hosted on SOC-2 Type II certified data center(s). Read more about your security steps:

  • Certification: RXNT's software is ONC-HIT certified by Drummond, Surescripts certified, certified for EPCS prescribing, and fully HIPAA compliant. See all certifications & awards.

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of security for our customers and their patients. What are the system requirements for RXNT's solutions?

Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome (recommended), Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based version), or Mozilla Firefox.

Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 at 100% zoom is recommended, but at a minimum 1280x800.

Operating Systems: Windows and Mac.

Hardware: 2 GHz processor, 4 GB of RAM.

Internet speed: 25 Mbps is preferred, but anything greater than 10 Mbps is acceptable.
