We’ve partnered with RxSense to help patients save on prescriptions at over 50,000 pharmacies, while getting real-time updates on their medications.
Upgraded Insurance Payments System & Insurance Payments Queue
We overhauled our Insurance Payments system to simplify and improve payment posting accuracy for healthcare professionals. This new system helps prevent errors and costly rework, allowing healthcare professionals to confidently post payments correctly on the first attempt. Plus, the Insurance Payments Queue allows users to create their own personalized queue or worklist of unposted payments for improved workflow speed.

Charge Uploader
We launched a new Charge Uploader feature, making it easier than ever to integrate data from other systems. Medical billers can upload unbilled charge data directly into RXNT via a spreadsheet, creating ready-to-bill encounters. Save time by effortlessly uploading unbilled charges in bulk batches, eliminating manual data entry.
Telehealth Self-Scheduling
To make scheduling easier than ever for patients, we created a tool that helps them self-schedule virtual appointments. Patients can use our PHR or online booking features to get the care they need.
