5 Simple Steps
Connect to your preferred facilities and start receiving lab results directly within RXNT. Getting started should only take about 15 minutes of your time.

1. Review Our Criteria
To connect with us, we require that:
- You’ve worked with your lab or radiology partner for at least 3 months.
- On average, you send 15 or more orders per month to your lab or radiology partner.
- You know someone at the lab or radiology facility (for instance, a sales rep).
Submitting a request is still recommended even if you don’t meet all the criteria, but we may have difficulty establishing a connection for you.
2. Submit Request
Use the form below to submit a separate request for each interface you'd like to create. You'll receive an email with further instructions for each request. Please only submit one request per interface.
3. Seek Approval
Next, you’ll need to talk with each of your diagnostic service providers. Please refer to our recommended steps for seeking approval from each of your lab or radiology partners.
4. Get Cost Approval
RXNT charges a fee for each interface, however your lab, radiology, or other diagnostic service provider will typically cover that cost. Once your lab partner provides RXNT with a purchase order, our Integration Team will begin setting up your interface.
5. Complete Setup & Go Live!
The timeline for interface setups varies based on the workload of your diagnostic service provider. But rest assured, we'll make you aware of any progress through email status updates.
Once complete, the interface will either go live immediately or at a date scheduled by your partner. Around this time, we’ll provide a link to your RXNT training materials.
