We’re launching a suite of powerful new customization and administrative features, designed to put you in the driver’s seat of your documentation process.
Note: This update is available exclusively to RXNT customers who access Ambient IQ through their EHR or Full Suite subscription. It is not yet available for the standalone version of Ambient IQ. Standalone users—keep an eye out for future updates!

Full Template Customization
You no longer need to adapt to a standard template; our encounter templates will adapt to you. Either start with a preset template and use our entire library of customizable components to modify sections to fit your needs, or build encounter templates from scratch for complete customization. Reorder elements, create custom headers, and choose the output formats that match your specific workflows.
Completed Note Previews
Eliminate the guesswork from your scribing. Once you build a template, you can preview exactly how your structured note will look—including placeholder example data—so you can verify the formatting before you use it during a patient visit.
Group Favorites for Teams
For practice administrators, standardizing care just got easier for your team. You can now set “Group Favorites,” ensuring that every provider in your practice has instant access to the right encounter templates.
